PP Engineering

PP Engineering (Punjab Patil Engineering) is a dedicated slewing bearing specialist based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The company was founded in 2020 by Punjabrao Patil, an engineer with fourteen years of experience in the slewing bearing industry and specialist training in slewing bearings in Europe.

PP Engineering designs, manufactures, refurbishes and installs slewing bearings (slewing rings) for port and heavy industrial cranes, including ship-to-shore (STS) cranes, mobile harbour cranes (MHC), ship and vessel cranes and reachstackers. Bearings are built in high-strength alloy steel and sealed against corrosion and contamination, in single-row ball, double-row ball, crossed-roller and three-row roller configurations for the heaviest applications.

The company combines Indian manufacturing under the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat programmes with European engineering standards, and serves port and industrial operators including Adani Ports and JSW Infrastructure. Alongside new bearings it offers refurbishment of worn slewing rings, installation preparation, on-site installation, predictive health inspections, greasing and maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting, with service coverage across India and Asia.
