Guven Mechanical Orange Peel Grab (2 & 4 Rope)

The Guven mechanical orange peel grab is a rope operated multi-tine grab for scrap and coarse material on cranes with a grabbing winch. With no motor, hydraulics or batteries, it is a rugged, low-maintenance tool for scrap yards and recycling terminals. It comes in 2-rope and 4-rope versions to match the crane.

This is a new unit from Guven Grab & Machine, a Turkish manufacturer active since 1984 with more than 10,000 grabs delivered to over 120 countries and type approval from BV, RINA, Class NK, LR, ABS and CCS. Capacity runs from 3 m³ to 40 m³, with tine count and shape built to suit the material.

Suitable materials

Light scrap, off-cuts, wood, biomass, waste and other coarse or irregular loads with uneven piece sizes. Tine configuration can be tailored to the cargo.
